• Implementation of LEAN Manufacturing system.
• Implementation of TPM
• HMC / VMC Fanuc Control programming knowledge
• Component setting & development.
• Fixture knowledge & tooling knowledge
• Drawing knowledge.
• Managing team of blue collar and staff, motivating them and ensure culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure right implementation of Business Process Deployment
• Implementation of built in Quality

Qualifications and Experience

Preferred Qualifications: ITI & Diploma – Mechanical

Age Criteria : 30 to 35 Years

Relevant Experience: 10 to 12 yrs

Industry preference : Engineering & HMC Machine Shop

Competencies: (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities required to competently perform the job)

Technical Competencies:

Ø Knowledge of Products, Processes and Machines for Automotive & manufacturing

Ø Knowledge of mechanical drawings and designs

Ø Knowledge of design and statistical software
