Full Job Description

IT Helpdesk Call-Coordinator Executive

1. Co-ordinate with end-users to log calls pertaining to both hardware and software issue.

2. Attend Phone calls

3. Coordinate with End Users & Engineers

4. Maintain all complaints received from the users and assign calls to engineers accordingly.

5. Follow up and send reminders to vendors and suppliers and clients for processing bills.

6. Gathering and processing all Call & Repair data in excel.

7. Maintain record and issue and return of computer manuals and reference books kept in CC.

8. Preparation of Purchase Orders, and other related documents as advised by the System In-Charge.

9. Help in filing, preparation, documentation and other admin related work of the computer center.

10. Any other task assigned by the Systems In-charged.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹10,346.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
