• Techno Functional Expetise in SAP Masterdata Domain & MDM Concepts

• Functional Expertise in any of MM/PP or SD or FICO or MDG
• Good understanding of Data Integration concepts between SAP domains
• Proficient in SAP data migration Tools like LSMW/ABAP/BAPI/Idocs
• Expert is troubleshooting ABAP upload program erros
• Ability to communicate/document technical concepts and impacts to Stake holders.
• Ability to structure data, drive analysis and actionable insights through analytical solutions and gauge how technology fits into the whole life cycle of the data
• Proficient in Development,Validation and Testing the end to end data migration solutions
• Working Knowledge of SQL Query development and Execution.

• Good knowledge of SDLC and various Software development frameworks (Agile, Iterative, DEVOPS)
• Manage and monitor all UPRS received in application
• Ensure Solutioning of DUS Template Inquiry, Clarifications, Validation & Documentation
• Provide Data Quality Checks Clarifications and improvements
• Manage all in scope CHRs, Improvements and LSMW/upload program modification
• Manage Business user Access and controls in application

Ticket Management:

• Monitor and Manage all tickets Allocated to the support Bucket Allocate tickets to respective Team members
• Resolve and Ensure resolution by team of all tickets withing SLAs
• Own and Handle escalations from Business users
• Manage P1 Tickets by proper RCA, Resolution and implement steps to eliminate with all required Documentation.
• Generate Reports required

Good to have:

• Good understanding in Informatica/ETL Data Warehousing concepts.
