Job Purpose / Role:-

To ensure all activities of PPC happens as per plan
Providing support to production department for achieving the business
objectives
Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for timely availability of material (A,B,C & S Class) on production
lines as per production plan
Preparation of area wise MIS on daily basis
Ensuring zero loss on production lines due to non-availability of material.
Co-ordination with production for meeting the requirement
Adherence of Part perpetual inventory as per Plan and closing variances in time.
Daily physical inventory of parts on shop floor
Handling and training of Contractual Manpower
Rejection movement material clearance from production areas.
Maintenance of MHE’s as per plan
Maintaining 3S in super market area
Adherence to Safety meeting & safety audits of contractual manpower
Responsible for maintaining healthy ER in the section
