Job Description: Operations and Customer Support- (Hindi Tele calling)

Requirements: computer science degree holder’s are highly preferred who is fluent in Hindi.

Fresher are highly preferred (Immediate Joiners)

skills:

 The primary job of a customer support executive is to address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.

 Support represent interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email, and ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.

 Processing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

 Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks

 Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

 Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.  Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.

 Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

 Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements

 Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.

 Able to speak_ Hindi._

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
