Job Description: Operations and Customer Support- (Hindi Tele calling)
Requirements: computer science degree holder’s are highly preferred who is fluent in Hindi.
Fresher are highly preferred (Immediate Joiners)

The primary job of a customer support executive is to address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
Support represent interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email, and ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.
Processing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
Able to speak_ Hindi._
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
