Responsibilities:

• Handling the recruitment process of sourcing till joining of the candidate.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job portals etc.
• Responsible for handling different types IT/ Non-IT requirements.
• Assist in sourcing candidates by using databases, job portals, social media etc for complex requirements.
• Should be good at headhunting and sourcing Pharma/IT profiles through LinkedIn and other Job portals.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Arranging interviews and follow up.
• Act as a single point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Requirements:

• Any Bachelors or Master’s Degree.
• Experience: 0 to 4 Years in Staffing industry.
• Must have good communication skills and good attitude.
• Expert into Recruitment, Resume sourcing, Resume screening, conducting interviews, Job portals, Job posting and Follow Ups.
• Knowledge on Clinical, Pharma, bio technology staffing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Job portals and Sites.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift

• Guntur, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
