Role & Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using various analytical techniques and equipment.

2. Perform quality control tests on alcohol products to ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and customer specifications.

3. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure accurate and reliable test results.

4. Monitor and document all test results, deviations, and out-of-specification findings, and report them to the appropriate personnel.

5. Assist in the development and validation of analytical testing methods and procedures. 6. Collaborate with production and other departments to investigate and resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence of defects.

7. Participate in internal and external audits to demonstrate compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.

8. Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, laboratory protocols, and good laboratory practices (GLP) during all testing activities.

9. Train and mentor junior staff in laboratory techniques, procedures, and safety practices.

10. Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment and manage chemical inventory effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
