The Project Coordinator for the Academy is responsible for managing and coordinating activities related to the onboarding and training of Academy associates within the organization. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth and effective integration of new hires into the company, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. The Project Coordinator for the Academy Program is instrumental in ensuring the successful onboarding and development of fresh talent, contributing to the organization’s growth by nurturing a talented and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Planning and Coordination:
- Develop comprehensive program plans and resource requirements for successful execution.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure the seamless implementation of the program.
- Manage multiple time zones since the program spans across the globe.

Onboarding and Orientation:
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for Academy hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
- Arrange orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with our company culture, policies, and values.
- Coordinate logistical aspects of the onboarding process.

Training Program Implementation:
- Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of training activities.
- Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure the quality and relevance of training materials.

Mentorship and Guidance:
- Facilitate regular check-ins with mentors to monitor progress and address concerns.
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their inquiries.

Performance Evaluation and Feedback:
- Coordinate performance evaluations and feedback sessions for new hires.
- Gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance and performance evaluations.
- Generate reports on program progress and effectiveness.
What we need to see from you:
- A career break of at least 3 years and a strong desire to reintegrate into the workforce.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Education.
- Prior experience in project coordination or related roles, particularly involving training and development programs, is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with freshers, mentors, trainers, and stakeholders.
- Passion for supporting the growth and development of fresh talent and fostering a positive learning culture within the organization.
