Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies for healthcare positions.
2. Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for healthcare roles.
3. Build and maintain a talent pipeline through networking, online platforms, and industry events.
4. Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings for potential healthcare hires.
5. Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, job market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting recruitment.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, fostering a positive candidate experience.
7. Coordinate and participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and campus outreach programs to attract top talent.
8. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
9. Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new healthcare staff.
10. Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize the hiring process.
Qualifications:
1. Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources.
2. Proven experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar HR role.
3. In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry requirements, regulations, and job roles.
4. Strong understanding of human resources principles, practices, and employment law.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
6. Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other HR tools.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare recruitment environment.
8. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address staffing challenges and meet organizational goals.
9. High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive healthcare information.
10. Membership in relevant professional organizations or certifications in HR management is a plus.
