Position Purpose
The Change manager / Project Manager who will be accountable for the overall delivery of the project for Middle office scope and also manage certain PMO responsibilities as required for the project
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Responsible in managing end-to-end of a project within middle office scope across location
- Delegate authority, assign deliverables, and hold project members accountable for operations, controls, and deadlines relating to project work streams
- Collaborate with global counterparts and local operational managers to ensure proper coverage of assigned tasks
- Manage operational readiness for the project
- Budget planning and resource allocation for project work streams
- Ensure the project is executed based upon the project plan
- Control, management and escalations of all risks, impacts and delays to the project
- Champion client relationship management throughout project stages in conjunction with local and global stake holders
- Accountable to feed all project stakeholders (Programme, Operations, Client, Management, etc.) and ensure the key and appropriate updates/issues are raised
- Maintain sufficient project documentation
- Support a high level of organizational communication and corporate awareness concerning workflow changes and future state of middle office operations
- Track and identify project needs from senior management and operational support teams in order to meet objectives
- Leading execution of UAT phase, tracking results, Training plan, parallel run and go-live, etc.
- Create project meeting agendas and lead weekly and monthly update meetings detailing status of project to key stakeholders involved
- Willingness to take on other duties as assigned by management
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Proven Project Management experience delivering results for projects lasting over one year in duration
- Strong organizing capabilities
- Strong negotiating and leadership skills to influence senior management and drive change management in order to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated experience in leading organizational transformation
- Collaborative decision maker competent in process improvement discipline and implementation of industry acknowledged best practices

Specific Qualifications (if required)
- PMP Certification or Equivalent
- Accounting/Finance/Economics or Financial Services Related Degree
