ROLE PURPOSE:

  • To execute marketing led activities to generate walk in’s to the stores
  • To collect competitor pricing information and recommend suitable pricing
  • To understand consumer requirements from salon
  • To audit the outlets to identify the quality of all available brand elements, collateral exhibits and customer satisfaction

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :

KNOWLEDGE :

  • MBA / PGPM – Marketing or any degree
  • 3 – 10 yrs experience in a similar role

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & OWNERSHIP

FINANCIAL PERSPECTIVE

  • Work together with salon / cluster / regional business development teams to develop category specific Go-To-Market strategies that drive top line and bottom line goals.

CUSTOMER PERSPECTIVE

  • Create and maintain a trade marketing calendar of activities (in line with current trends) and special promotions (e.g. based on seasonality) in coordination with both the operations and branding team.
  • Enable partnership with potential business partners to propose exciting offers to the customers through these channels and expand the customer base.
  • Identify the reason behind why a certain service isn’t getting the desired response in certain regions and propose different campaigns accordingly post aligning the operations team.
  • To develop, implement and monitor 4-5 customer recruitment programs with the objective of attracting new customers to the salon.

INTERNAL BUSINESS PERSPECTIVE

  • Developing and executing the Trade & BTL Marketing strategy of the Brand to achieve defined business objectives.
  • Based on the data available on customer spent (services preferred by new customers, region wise pattern of fast selling services etc.), design, implement and evaluate marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for developing all brand collaterals (bulk sms, whatsapp promotional msgs, posters, leaflets, vouchers, gift cards etc.) related to every campaign.
  • Implementing and evaluating promotions for the priority channels on time and within budget to maximize the return on investment and ensure adequate levels of participation.

LEARNING AND GROWTH PERSPECTIVE

  • Keeping abreast with current beauty & hair trends in the market.
  • Taking part in any industry related events to gather insights on competition & consumer behaviour.

INTERNAL: Brand & Operations team

  • Working location: Chennai Arumbakkam
  • Working Days in a week & hours: 6 days working ,9:30 am to 6 pm
  • Full Time / Part time: Full time
  • Direct work / Hybrid/Work from home: work from office
  • Any Age limit: 38
  • Need to travel / Frequency of Travel: twice or thrice in month
  • Working in one particular location or need to work for multiple outlets for the organization : for whole company
  • Any other allowances / incentives given apart from the Salary during normal working period or traveling time: no

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
