Job Description

• Responding to customer web inquiries regarding online orders through Hindi communication
• Assisting client with product selection
• Answering basic question and suggests various products options that are available
• Monitoring Order Packaging and Dispatching data
• Ensuring customer satisfaction on all delivered orders

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

• Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Tirupur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
