Position: Customer Care Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 year to Maximum 2 Years, plus point if resource will be from eyewear retail industry.

Salary: 20,000 to 30,000 INR per month CTC

Job Description:

• Candidates have good communication skills in English speaking and writing both.
• Immediate Joiners will be plus.
• Willingness to provide great customer service
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
• We’re hiring for blended process (60% Chat & Emailing, 40% calls)
• Prior experience in customer service, (min 1 year)
• Experience with customer chat platforms/ or experience in responding to customer inquiries via phone.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
