Full Job Description
The primary job of a customer service representative is to address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. Support reps interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email, and social media, and ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.
Job Types: Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
