We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and an outstanding dining experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of front-of-house operations, including greeting clients, managing reservations, and ensuring that servers are providing efficient and friendly service. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, collecting feedback, and identifying areas for improvement in our service offerings.
