Job Purpose
- To perform Account Opening and post facto activities related to account opening and render efficient and high quality output in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure activities supported for Account Opening in CBG AOS, and IWF are adhered with respect to process guidelines and is completed within agreed SLA/ TAT
- Ensure post facto data quality checks and data update is done as per defined process
- Obtain minimum satisfactory audit rating for each Group / Regulatory audits for CBG OPS
- Alignment to standard operating procedure and operations handbook
Job Duties & responsibilities
- SSB Related (ATM / IBanking / Debit Card)
- Account Opening through CBG AOS channel
- Post facto/ Day 2 activities on accounts opened previous day
- Account Opening through IWF channel, including Data entry, CIF Creation, Account Creation, Cheque book and Debit Card Issuance
- Perform other on-boarding activities viz. Joint Holder Addition, Minor to Major Conversion,
- Review efficiencies of processes & support Line manager in improving processes
- Identify opportunities of customer journeys and take up projects in achieving successful customer journey’s
- Ensure mandatory training is completed in a timely manner
- Timely Incident Escalation
- Regular SOP update
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in similar role
- Basic Knowledge of Banking Regulation (KYC) & Internal Control Guidelines
Education / Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of graduation from recognised university
