Job Description

• Managing purchasing and supplier master data in different systems, data maintenance
• Ensuring data quality and efficiency, by increasing the rate of automation, bot implementation, digitalization of processes
• Preparing and analyzing price negotiations records, as well as ensuring the correct reporting of purchasing results in the IT-systems
• Supplier performance tracking and risk monitoring within defined material fields
• Data collection from external and internal sources, reporting preparation and optimization of current data processes flow
• Dashboard analysis incl. error detection and correction
• Preparing of management summaries, presentations and recommendations
• Strong support in data related topics within Indirect Purchasing, e.g., audit preparation, contract management
• Cross-functional projects related to data management

Qualifications

• Knowledge: Data analysis, data management, IT affinity, process automation
• Excellent Microsoft Office, Power BI knowledge and able to work in a digital environment
• Understanding the basic knowledge of the purchasing area
• English: Business fluent
• Clarity and Accuracy: Checks own work
• Problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to identify issues, develop & implement solutions. Task driven professional.
• International teamwork, self-driven personality
• IT Bachelor’s degree or 1 year’ minimum professional experience in Data Management or IT or Digitalization Area or equivalent role

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in Purchase & Data Management
