• As a member of the IT operation team you will be having an important role in following order and you will be reporting to IT manager.
• Good understanding of computer hardware and terminologies.
• Install and configure computer Hardware, Software, Network, Printers, Scanner, Inventory and Cabling
• Monitor and maintain computer system and Hardware.
• Respond in timely manner to service issues & requests.
• RCT analysis and Documentation skills
• Knowledge in Service desk is plus.
• Provide orientation & guidance to new users about new software and computer equipments.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks as per policy & Instructions of HOD.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹14,000.00 – ₹21,000.00 per month
