We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Educator to join our academic team. Who can teach to the defence aspirants. We have a +2 college so we are searching for college educator also. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the overall progress of each student and helping them achieve their academic goals.

• Responsibilities:
  Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons to students.
• Develop and provide content and practice questions for respective courses.
• Provide weekly mock test questions and assess student performance.
• Attend regular educator meetings to discuss the progress of each student and identify areas for improvement.
• Spend time with students in a week to track their progress and provide feedback on their academic and administrative performance.
• Collaborate with other educators to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Provide additional support to students who require extra help to succeed.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments.

Requirements:

• A minimum of MSC or MA in the respective subject or at least five years of experience in teaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Passionate about teaching and committed to student success.
