Position Summary

We are looking for a welcome front desk representative to handle customer to showroom and clerical duties at the showroom’s front desk. You are the company’s “Face ” to all visitors, and responsible for our first impression. The ideal candidate should have a friendly nature while also being sharp and disciplined. It is important that you can handle customers and provide reliable information. And willingness to learn our company product deeply. The goal is to make our customers and visitors feel welcome and appreciate them while they are with our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to management and assisting with administration tasks.
  • Answering phone calls and forwarding calls to respective departments.
  • Confirming appointments ,meeting with the project manager if needed.
  • Greeting and assisting the customer in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handling enquiries and forwards to customer care support executives.
  • Handling MS Excel sheet filling the respective data ,copying ,scanning documents
  • Maintain the overall staff attendance .
  • Generate the billing, maintain stock inventory , sales and administrative things.
  • Handling petty cash amounts and maintaining them in Excel sheets .
  • Reporting document respective managers and Hr.
  • Arrange courier to local delivery and keep track of it.
  • Monitor the housekeeping day to day work.
  • Coordinate with the entire office staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
