Full Job Description

1. Be the face of the company for all visiting customers and make an effective first impression by making the customers feel comfortable and valued while on our premises leading to optimal customer satisfaction.

2. Handle flow of customers and ensure that all reception responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

3. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines at all levels of reception management.

4. To establish and maintain a high standard of Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) as per HMIL norms and enhance the brand image of Chandra Hyundai.

5. Responsible for handling all inward and outward correspondences related to sales and ensure proper handing over of the documents to the concerned person.

6. Ensure proper recording and maintenance of all documents and reports and timely retrieval of the same whenever necessary.

7. To be responsible for ensuring the housekeeping standards and 5S benchmarks are adhered to and maintain quality standards and health and safety regulations in the showroom.

8. Ensure to comply with the organizations’ policies and procedures in attaining the utmost customer satisfaction.

9. To be responsible for greeting the customer(s), escort the customers to the seat and offer refreshments as per the SOP script and provide a warm welcome.

10. Enquire and understand the customer queries related to vehicle type, model, and specifications.

11. To be responsible for assisting the customers in filling the Enquiry form related to basic information, contact details to obtain the basic demographic information, needs and expectations of vehicle and exchange details if any and fill the same in the Sales Enquiry Form duly signed by the customer.

12. Transfer the lead to sales consultant in coordination with Team leaders, introduce the customer to the sales consultant and educate the concerned sales consultant with the customer expectations.

13. Coordinate with sales consultants to ensure that all pending responses promised to the customer are responded in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹14,000.00 per month
