Recruitment and On boarding:Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top creative talent.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate smooth on boarding experiences.

HR Policy Development:

  • Support the director to create HR policies and procedures that align with our agency’s values and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Continuously review and update policies to adapt to changing needs.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR matters.
  • Proactively identify and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

Employee Engagement and Culture:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to foster employee engagement, collaboration, and a positive agency culture.
  • Organize employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring that our agency’s values are upheld and promoted.

Performance Management:

  • Design and implement a performance management system, including performance evaluations, goal-setting, and career development plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
  • Identify training and development needs to enhance employee growth and productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a creative or agency environment.
  • Solid knowledge of HR best practices, and industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
