Recruitment and On boarding:Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top creative talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate smooth on boarding experiences.
HR Policy Development:
- Support the director to create HR policies and procedures that align with our agency’s values and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Continuously review and update policies to adapt to changing needs.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR matters.
- Proactively identify and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Develop and implement initiatives to foster employee engagement, collaboration, and a positive agency culture.
- Organize employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring that our agency’s values are upheld and promoted.
Performance Management:
- Design and implement a performance management system, including performance evaluations, goal-setting, and career development plans.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- Identify training and development needs to enhance employee growth and productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a creative or agency environment.
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices, and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
