Job Description

1. Production and productivity

• Day to Day operation of Pellet, achieving targeted productivity,
  Ensuring smooth operation of the unit by controlling downtime and process fluctuations by examining process history data sheet
• Monitoring on- line /off line feed control on the basis of feedback from technical department and getting the remedial actions implemented accordingly
• Review, monitor and control all operational activities to achieve design or targeted capacity
• Daily monitoring and parameters setting to ensure most efficient plant performance.
• Identification of bottle necks and troubleshooting during the plant ramp up.
• Removing limitations and barriers to sustain and / or increase production
• Prioritization of resources to address production limiting problems
• Undertaking action process parameters to maintain productivity and quality

2. Production Planning & Control

• Minimizing performance bottlenecks for high productivity with maximization of men, material & machine.
• Appraising the prevalent production systems/ processes, identifying loopholes if any and undertaking result-oriented measures for alleviating them and documenting the same
• Ensuring proper data management of Daily activities and subsequent analysis of data to incorporate required changes in process parameters for continual improvement.

3. Cost control

• To monitor the performance and efficiency of equipment for controlling the consumption, better life the power consumption, and also various cost factors including the employed workman man-hours.

4. Implementation of safety, occupational health and environment norms across the sections

• To ensure adherence of established and standard operating procedures in areas,
• To ensure adherence of standard occupational health and safety norms
• Safe Operations of Equipment during normal production & plant start ups.

5. Process optimization & monitoring

• Involved in detailed discussions for various process optimizations and debottlenecking studies
• Providing in-put to resolve process bottlenecks and loss of control issues within the refinery and reporting on performance.
• Providing in-put to improve control system modifications, work procedures and training material so as to improve effectiveness and efficiency of operations and control across the entire plant
• Analyzing data and solving complex problems, as well as providing immediate response to operational problems which occur

6. System Management

• Preparation and implementation of standard operating procedures, job safety analysis, monitoring continuously to improve training and information processes.
• To implement system and practice through quality management system, environment system
• DPR preparation & Delay recording

Qualifications:
