Responsibilities:
- Partner with Digital Marketing specialist and convert Lead to Opportunity to Sale independently
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, solicit new accounts, build rapport, provide company overview, and book appointments for sales team.
- Plan and run campaigns to generate qualified leads for sales leaders based in the North America region.
- Close new accounts by working with sales, delivery, and external discussions with the client.
- Timely updates of new leads in the CRM system and data for management reporting.
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication. Ability to write Blogs and run campaigns individually
- Proficiency in Upwork, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other business social platforms
- Understands the Salesforce, Staffing and Technology Industry
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of selling software consulting services of CRM solutions like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot etc…
- Self-driven individual with an inquisitive mind, an excellent phone presence, and one who enjoys the challenges of outbound prospecting
- As an Inside Sales you will be generating leads and opportunities for our sales team.
- Identify new avenues and opportunities for business growth Scout for new clients and partners
- Excellent communications skills and experience presenting to Senior Leadership
- At least one year of experience in marketing and selling with successful history.
- Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas
- People skills to influence and spur change, facilitate, and enhance performance
- People-focused, Honest and loves open dialogue, goals driven, takes charge and gets stuff done
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Arts, Science or equivalent or High School with proven experience

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
