Media Co-ordinator

Job Description:

– Make purchase orders, co-ordinate with vendors and execute store-wise advertising requirements

– Implement marketing and advertising campaigns like hoardings, pamphlets, store offer banner, in-store branding, etc.

– Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department, vendors, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt

– Supports sales staff by providing print and advertising material

– Bring new vendors and negotiate with existing one’s for print material

– Maintain media expense data

– Prepares marketing reports by collecting and summarizing data

– Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts

Salary: 20k-25k

Age: Upto 45 years

Experience: Minimum 1 year in media field
