Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handling IT Service Desk and helping employees with faster computer.
• Resolving issues in by coordinating with related stakeholders.
• Network Administrationiv. Office Networking, Troubleshooting.
• Hardware Backups for zero downtime for employees.
• Backups

Basic Level Computer Hardware

• Knowledge of Storage Devices
• Knowledge of details of AMD & intel processors
• Knowledge of Desktop, laptops
• Knowledge of VGA cable and HDMI
• Knowledge of details about CPU & RAM, Performance
• Knowledge of details about SSD & Hard Disk, Lenovo Thinkpad
• Knowledge of failure rate of Hard Disk, Recovery data
• Experience in setup network printer a. Laser printer vs Inkjet printer

Computer Software:

• Experience in Basics of Command line – windows or linux commands
• Experience in installation of operating system like CentOs7, Windows 10, windows 7 and Troubleshooting
• Software Drivers and basic configuration of Laptop
• Knowledge of Difference between windows vs linux
• Experience in Installation of Antivirus software & Firewall
• Knowledge of Optical fiber vs Copper wired internet

Job Types: Full-time, Volunteer, Walk-In

Salary: INR15,000.00 – INR20,000.00 per month
