Summary:

The Process Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and execution of all processes within the electrical company. This includes developing and implementing new processes, as well as monitoring and improving existing processes. The Process Coordinator will also work with other departments to ensure that all processes are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

LOCATION: KOCHI

SALARY: 15,000 – 20,000

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and improve existing processes to ensure they are meeting the company’s standards.
  • Work with other departments to ensure that all processes are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • To monitor the checklists of employees and work out in Excel.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on process improvement initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Candidates:

  • Candidates from Kochi are most preferable.
  • Graduates / Postgraduates
  • Any relevant certifications would be desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
