Job Title : SAP CAR Location : Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune Job Type : Permanent.

Responsibilities

• Good understanding of the Retail and Fashion Business Processes.
• Design and optimize End to End Merch planning, POS Inbound and Outbound processes at the client.
• Conduct workshops to drive Key Design Decisions with clear recommendations and leading practices.
• Configure, Design, Build, Test and Deploy the core SAP CAR solution and ensure it works seamlessly with POS and S/4 Retail or Fashion
• Familiarity with integrating via iDoc, XML, JSON, APIs, etc.
• SAP ABAP knowledge, debugging experience at a minimum
• Experience working in a best of breed landscape with many integrations
• Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Wipro Retail offerings powered by SAP CAR and SAP Digital Core.
• Performs analysis and effective diagnosis of clients’ issues.
• Develops and shares reusable assets that can be readily applied to new client projects.
• Develops solutions to client problems through application of personal experience and methods and tools; validates solutions to subject matter experts.
• Demonstrates accountability and contributions to the successful realization of client goals.
• Implementation experience in an S/4 project will be an added advantage

Qualifications Required

• 4-6 years of SAP experience with SAP Retail and CAR/POS implementation experience and SD, AFS, and FMS
• Prior Experience in any of the following area is expected but not required
• POS Data transfer & audit overview and basics
• ERP and CRM integration
• CAR Analytics for Multichannel Sales Analytics and Inventory Analytics
• Omnichannel Article Availability (OAA) (process overview)
• Omnichannel Promotion Pricing (OPP) (process overview)
• Unified Demand Forecast
• Demand Data Foundation
• On Shelf availability (activation and usage Scenarios)
• Migration process for existing SAP POS Data Management customers
• Functional/technical proficiency with at least 2+ full lifecycle SAP Retail or AFS implementations and 4+ years of industry and/or consulting experience
• Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
• Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team
• Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel
