Duties and Key Responsibilities

Production Supervision:

  • To maintain workflow by monitoring production process; observing control points and equipment; monitoring manpower and resources.
  • To maintain product quality by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • To ensure that production processes, as well as machines, other equipments are used economically throughout.
  • To ensure ongoing continual improvements of processes and overall productivity.
  • To implement lean manufacturing principles wherever applicable.
  • To ensuring economical, timely, and efficient production, as well as maintenance of equipment.
  • Organization and responsibility for incoming raw material and goods verification.
  • Maintain MIS reports and Inventory responsibility for input and finished goods including weekly/Monthly inventory reports to the Facility Manager.
  • To maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • To resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.

General responsibilities:

  • Ensure professionalism at all times and demonstrate exemplary prioritisation of workload skills.
  • Ensure that the PFC policies, SOPs and protocols are being adhered to at all levels of the company.
  • Ensure strict adherence to data confidentiality and security.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across PFC site locations, sometimes at short notice, including other places as per need of project or the company.
  • Work closely with the PFC team and Partners.

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications

  • ITI / Diploma in Engineering
  • Good understanding of production operations
  • Fluency in Tamil

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
