Job Description:

Inbound/Outbound Calls II Good Communication
Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
Answer potential clients’ questions
Inform customers about the company’s products/services and offers
Train other telemarketers when required
Manage inbound/ outbound customer calls in a timely manner
Get leads that develop into new customers
Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
