Job Description: Telecalling Executive

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and handling customer inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products or services.

2. Follow established scripts and communication guidelines to deliver accurate and effective information about the company’s offerings.

3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

4. Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and conversions.

5. Record all interactions, customer details, and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.

6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing any issues or concerns.

7. Collaborate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and ensure a smooth handover of customer information.

8. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments to effectively engage customers.

9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve call quality, conversion rates, and overall performance.

10. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards while conducting telecalling activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communication, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

2. Proven work experience as a telecalling executive or in a similar role.

3. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.

4. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to build rapport and handle customer inquiries effectively.

5. Ability to follow scripts and communication guidelines while adapting to customer responses.

6. Persuasive and convincing abilities to influence customer behavior and generate interest in the company’s products or services.

7. Proficient in using CRM systems and other telecalling software tools.

8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet targets.

9. Resilience and the ability to handle rejection or objections professionally.

10. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office applications and internet browsing.
