Full Job Description
A Tele Calling Executive is responsible to call, connect with the prospective list of customers and generate leads and prospects by providing information & services. Candidate must be energetic, go getter, persuasive with good communication and convincing skills.
Job Description:
To generate new leads & prospects by calling and connecting with prospective customer data.
Guide, counsel and provide information to clients on career development programs
Cold calling, Emailing, scheduling the meetings with prospects and closing the sales.
Converting leads from various sources into sales (Web, Referrals, Tele call etc.)
Targeting the right set of audience and ensure closures by continuous follow up.
To build healthy relations and rapport with customers and ensure best service is given.
Job Requirements:
Good communication & convincing skills, Good fluency in English is required
Strong, Confident, Pleasing and approachable personality with positive outlook.
Patience, Persistence and high level of customer orientation.
Experience in Inside sales, Tele sales, Direct sales, Counselling would be +.
Experience in Education, Banking, Insurance, immigration, Leisure industry would be a +.
Graduate / Plus 2 with knowledge of computers is essential

Salary: ₹7,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
