Responsibilities One: Liaising with vessel owners, ship management companies, manning centers and Ship agents for tie-up MoU with them for Student Recruitment.

• Reporting to the Principal and assisting with the Placement and Pre-placement of student cadets.
• Planning marketing schedules and preparation for pitching with recruiters for seasonal placement requirements.
• Facilitating pre-placement for cadets before course commencement and after course.
• Coordination for sponsored cadets towards their on-boarding for respective courses with the employers.
• Facilitating joining by recruited student cadets by supervision
• Maintaining relationship over social media on behalf of College.

Responsibilities Two: Guiding and training students in resume preparation, organizing themselves professionally, attending interview and group discussions.

• Coaching them with general ethics and presentations.
• Preparing them and making them attend interviews with recruiters.
• Coordination for employers visiting college for campus recruitment.
• Making students appear for online assessments by shipping companies
• Maintaining relationship over social media on behalf of College with alumni.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Degree and above in any discipline. (Maritime Studies or in a relevant discipline will be an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles (Compulsory)
• Experience working with a shipping company would be an added advantage

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
