Timings: Flexible to work EST time zones

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling End To End life cycle of recruitment
• Must have exp on C2C / W2 / 1099 pay terms.
• Very Good Understanding of H1B Transfers, Visa etc…
• Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, indeed, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Assist in sourcing candidates by using databases, job portals, social media etc for complex requirements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of technical sourcing experience in IT recruiting.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting technology.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month

• Vishakapatnam, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

• Recruiting: 3 years (Preferred)
